- 1/4 cup Walnuts chopped (optional)
- 1 cup Oat Milk or any other milk
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tbsp Honey (optional)
- 1 cup Coffee brewed
Instructions
- Mash the banana in a small saucepan.
- Add milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup to the pan.
- Warm over low heat, stirring gently until hot (don’t boil).
- Blend the mixture until smooth and frothy.
- Brew espresso or coffee and pour into a mug.
- Pour the frothy banana mixture over the coffee.
- Stir gently and top with whipped cream or frothed milk.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy warm.
