Description

A cozy, creamy latte infused with banana, cinnamon, and espresso—just like sipping banana bread. Perfect for slow mornings or an afternoon treat.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 Banana ripe
  • 1/4 cup Walnuts chopped (optional)
  • 1 cup Oat Milk or any other milk
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tbsp Honey (optional)
  • 1 cup Coffee brewed

Instructions

  1. Mash the banana in a small saucepan.
  2. Add milk, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and maple syrup to the pan.
  3. Warm over low heat, stirring gently until hot (don’t boil).
  4. Blend the mixture until smooth and frothy.
  5. Brew espresso or coffee and pour into a mug.
  6. Pour the frothy banana mixture over the coffee.
  7. Stir gently and top with whipped cream or frothed milk.
  8. Sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy warm.
