Instructions
- Add the cottage cheese, milk, salt, and any optional flavorings to a high-speed blender.
- Blend for 1–2 minutes until smooth and creamy.
- Scrape down the sides and blend again if needed.
- Taste and adjust salt or lemon to your liking.
- Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight jar for up to 5 days
